Confirmation of Admission

Admission to a particular course is normally confirmed by DLLE by sending a confirmation through Email. If any discrepancy is noticed at any stage of admission even if the Identity Card is issued, the admission will be cancelled and result will not be declared even if appeared in examination.

Do check the particulars given in the confirmation. Discrepancies, if any, may be brought to the notice immediately.

Other Facilities after Admission

Learners can opt for on demand Examination as soon as they complete the stipulated Hours mentioned for the respective courses. The hours mentioned will be monitored and validated by the teacher.

Personal Contact Programmes (PCPs)

Personal Contact Programmes will be conducted by your allotted teacher, in which face to-face contact classes will be organised generally on weekends and holidays.

These contact classes are not meant for covering the curriculum. DO NOT EXPECT Full Time CLASSROOM TEACHING as in formal education system. The teachers are there to help and guide you with regard to your difficulties. It would be in your interest to attend all the contact sessions. Attendance in PCP sessions is not compulsory for those who opt out.

Tutor Marked Assignments (TMA)

In order to check your progress during the course of study, you should seriously attempt Tutor Marked Assignments (TMAs) in each course. You are advised to submit your assignments regularly in each course for evaluation.

DLLE is not charging any money for study material, for conducting PCP and TMA. But will charge the learner additional examination fees if the learner decides to appear again.
